Summer Camp
Information for the 2008 Summer Camp programs is given below.

are easily accessible from the neighborhoods of Princeton, Princeton Jct., Plainsboro, Lawrenceville,
Rocky Hill, Kingston, Franklin Park and South Brunswick
Weekly Summer Camp offerings - June 30 to August 22:
The following camps cater to children between the ages of 18 months and 6 years.
The Summer Fun Camp will start at 8:30 am and last till 3:30 pm. The Academic Enrichment and
Combination Camp are given under their descriptions.
Parents have the following choices of session timings for enrollment in the Fun camp:
Parents can choose the weeks for enrollment. They can also choose partial weeks.
Summer Fun Camp at Princeton Jct. and Montgomery campus:
The Summer Fun Camp is conducted by New Horizons Montessori at both

Children will experience a wide variety of activities which include:
Weekly sessions start June 30 and end on August 22 (closed July 4).
Academic Enrichment Camp at Princeton Jct. campus only
The Academic Enrichment Camp is conducted at the Princeton Jct. campus and provides academic
focus on Language and Math. Classes are broken down by student skill levels and are conducted
by our experienced Montessori school faculty. Classes are small and individual attention is given to
each child's development. Each class consists of a maximum of 6 children. The program is offered in
sessions lasting 2 weeks for each subject. Enrichment classes in Math and Language have a
duration of one and a half hours.
Language and Math Enrichment is offered for children between the ages of 4 and 7 years, needing
academic enhancement at three levels. Enrolled children are taught enrichment classes at three
levels of skills after their level has been evaluated before the start of this program:
Beginning Level Medium Level Advanced Level
Combination Camp
Children at Princeton Jct. camp can also enroll in the enrichment program in conjunction with the
Summer Fun Camp, if they so wish, in such a way that they attend morning session in the Summer
Fun camp and take one afternoon class in the Academic Enrichment program, each day of the week.
However, children may choose to enroll in one or both camps separately.

Science Fun!
Children learn science best by direct hands-on learning. Free exploration makes the best
introduction to science. So let them explore and have some science fun in our summer camp. These
activities boost thinking ability and help children understand and learn science around them. The
children will learn about Chemistry, Biology and Earth Science using simple and everyday material
and phenomenon.
